Errors
How Astrum Solver reports failures and what to do about the common cases.
Successful responses carry errorId 0. Anything else means the request was rejected or the task could not be solved, and errorCode names the reason.
Rejected request
{
"errorId": 1,
"errorCode": "ERROR_KEY_DOES_NOT_EXIST",
"errorDescription": "Client key not found"
}Common causes
| Situation | What it means |
|---|---|
| Invalid client key | The key is not a valid UUID or does not exist. Copy it again from the dashboard. |
| Insufficient balance | The account has no funds for this solver. Top up through the Telegram bot. |
| Rejected websiteURL | The URL must be https and must resolve to a public address. Private and loopback addresses are refused. |
| Solver disabled | That challenge type is switched off for maintenance. Check the Telegram channel. |
| Task failed to solve | The task closed without a solution. Nothing is billed; retry, usually with a different proxy. |
A failed task costs nothing, so retrying is safe. Persistent failures on one type are worth reporting in Telegram with a task id.
